Iliac Bay: Tower of Dawn - This portion of the mod aims to recreate both the setting of The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall and its surrounding areas, letting the player visit both the Empire affiliated region of High Rock and the newly independent country of Hammerfell.

The pre-release will allow the player to visit the north-eastern islands of Morrowind in the Sea of Ghosts, primarily the islands of Bleakrock and Sheogorad.
